Growth Executive

Build growth that matters

At Total Design, we build agency: the ability to act, create, and steer. For our clients, and for ourselves. We work on strategy, branding, design, and technology, with AI as an accelerator.

To this end, we are looking for a Growth Executive: someone who sees opportunities before they are opportunities.

A creative thinker with commercial drive. A doer with a sense of timing. Someone who gets energy from conversation and uses “no” to become sharper.

What you will be doing

You are the driving force behind our demand engine. Together with marketing, strategy, and leadership, you will build a cadence of growth:

• Exploring new markets, companies, and propositions.

• Finding smart ways to get in touch with C-level executives, from LinkedIn to events to the telephone.

• Working at your own pace every day: researching, calling, following up, learning, trying again.

• Scheduling meetings for yourself and our experts, and sparking initial interest in collaboration.

Who you are

You are enterprising, persistent, and creative. You think strategically, act tactually, and learn something new every day.

• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial role (agency, tech services, or B2B).

• Hunter mentality: curious, energetic, eager to learn.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Affinity with technology, AI, and design.

• HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking.

• Fluent in English.

Experience in the agency world is an advantage. A feel for brand, strategy, and creation is a must.

• OTE salary €50,000 – €60,000 per year (70% fixed / 30% bonus).
